In addition we have been certified as an ETA Certified Service Center and are a four-time Motorola Pinnacle of Excellence award and 2006 MotoExellence Award recipient. Our sales and technical service departments strive to provide the most reliable, state-of-the-art communications systems serving each individual customer's needs, from the most basic voice communications system to large, complex projects. Northeastern Communications also employs an in-house project management team to ensure every project stays on schedule and on budget.

Our technical staff is unsurpassed in the industry. Each of our 16 service vehicles carries advanced testing and diagnostic equipment to service mobile radios or entire communications systems in the field. Northeastern Communications also maintains a full-service, in-house repair facility in Naugatuck, Connecticut and our parts warehouse stocks over 3,000 items to ensure timely repairs. Drive-in service is available by appointment at either of our western Connecticut facilities located in Naugatuck and Stratford.

Our engineering, technical and sales staffs regularly attend manufacturer and in-house training sessions to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up-to-date with the latest technology. On-going evaluation and a quality control program assure that every customer will receive the highest level of service possible.

Critical System Support is provided 24 hours a day. Our multi-tiered, on-call protocol ensures a manager, engineer and ETA Certified Technician are always available to respond to our customer's needs. Our custom computerized service management software tracks service requests from beginning to end and can provide the field technician or engineer detailed history about a system instantly.
